The first Arthur book Arthur’s Nose was published in 1976. Marc Brown did many jobs including being a TV art director, a truck driver, and a college professor. His works include the Arthur Adventure series, Arthur audiobooks, beginner books, chapter books, Good Sport chapter books, and more. One of the spinoff TV series he executive produced was Postcards from Buster from 2004 to 2008. In addition to his Daytime Emmy Awards Marc Brown also won CINE Competition Golden Eagle Awards in 2006 for Arthur.
