Kevin Lee suffered his first loss against Al Iaquinta in February 2014 in his UFC debut. In November 2016 he had the Performance of the Night in a win over Magomed Mustafaev. Lee again had the Performance of the Night in a win over Michael Chiesa in June 2017. In October 2017 he lost to Tony Ferguson for the interim UFC Lightweight Championship. Kevin Lee made his welterweight debut with a loss to Rafael dos Anjos in May 2019 to bring his record to 17-5.
